Penn State’s participation in the playoffs is historic and thrilling. And United wants to make it easy for you to be there to cheer on the home team! To make travel easy, United is adding extra non-stop flights from both Chicago O’Hare (ORD) and Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) for SMU/PSU game weekend. Plus, there is an array of other convenient flights to State College on both United and American Airlines.
Flights are filling up fast, so book asap. See the flight schedule below. The new flights are scheduled as follows:

Saturday, December 21st is Dunkin Day at the Airport
From 8 am to 12 noon on Saturday, December 21st, Dunkin Donuts will be doing a special visit to the State College Regional Airport. Our friends from Dunkin will be providing free drinks and $5 gift cards directly in front of the terminal. Stop by for the festivities!
Get Charged! SCE Now Has EV Charging Stations
State College Regional Airport is adding Level 1 EV chargers to our parking lot. An app makes it easy to manage the charge and payment. Plus, cars can stay plugged in unless another driver needs the charger.
We are committed to sustainability and service, and this convenience is just one more way that State College Regional Airport is helping you begin and end your journey.
Easy, Affordable Parking—Inflation Free!
Parking at State College Regional Airport has always been affordable, and the good news is that our 2025 our parking rates will remain at the same low rates: $6.00 a day for the economy lot and $12.00 a day for the main lot. Both lots can be used for short-term or long-term parking. Also remember, the first two hours are free! Cash and credit cards are accepted for payment.
Note, the main parking lot has ample handicap parking spaces located in front of the terminal building. Please let us know if there are additional ways we can improve our parking accessibility.
Snacks, Sips and Sports
Sports fans unite! State College Regional Airport has created a special sports watch corner just for you. In the restaurant, you’ll find all your favorite sports team memorabilia along with a television airing the local big game. Join us, so we can share all the excitement of your favorite sports teams.
Flying High
Overseeing the exit to the State College Regional Airport is a special bird weathervane that was a part of the original signage before we changed our name. The last phase will incorporate dramatic landscape rocks at the base and the installation of floodlights. When you exit the airport, please be sure to check out this stunning work of art created especially for our region.
